After a long wait, BABYMONSTER officially debuted on November 23 with the single “Batter Up”. The second single “Stuck in the Middle” followed in February, but a physical album was still nowhere to be seen. Now it's finally here: The first album “BABYMONS7ER” will be released on April 1!
The album itself is already great news, but fans are especially happy that the seventh member Ahyeon is involved for the first time. Ahyeon had to take a break for health reasons and was not part of the debut.

The young girl group has announced a photobook version and seven YG Tag Album versions today. There are also various pre-order benefits from Weverse, Soundwave and more. Stay with us until the end so you don't miss anything:
PHOTOBOOK VER.
In this version, you don't just get one photobook, but two! You get a 300x300 mm photobook with 68 pages and an additional small photobook with 36 pages. The small book measures 180x250 mm. Besides that, you can of course look forward to the CD and a range of extras. These include a folded poster, a transparent sticker, an accordion postcard and three out of 14 photocards.
If you order the album before the release on April 1, you can still choose between four different pre-order benefits:
Weverse Gift, YG Select Gift, Soundwave photocard or KnPOPS selfie photocard.
The Weverse Gift consists of one of two glossy group photocards and one of two group photo frames. The YG SELECT Gift includes one of seven possible selfie photocards A and one of seven hologram photocards A.

There are seven different YG Tag Album versions, one for each member. So you can be sure to get something of your bias!
Each album consists of a box in which you will find, among other things, a 92-page photobook. In addition, there is a 28-page wiki book, a transparent sticker, a pin, a three-piece photocard set and a QR card. With the QR code, you can access digital content such as the songs and exclusive photos.

The Weverse Gift contains seven glossy group photocards, seven photo seal stickers and a mini poster. The YG SELECT Gift consists of seven selfie photocards B and seven hologram photocards B. So they differ from the YG SELECT photocards of the Photobook version.
BABYMONSTER has big plans for 2024:
BABYMONSTER's debut single “Batter Up” was a huge success! Among other things, the music video was clicked more often in the first 24 hours after release than any other K-pop debut video before: a whopping 22.59 million times! So we assume that the mini album will be a hit too!
And if everything goes according to plan, it won't be the only BABYMONSTER album released this year.
A month ago, Yang Hyun Suk already announced in a surprise video that the first full album is supposed to be released in the fall:
