If you follow GOT7 and Jay B, you know that the singer only released a solo album titled “Be Yourself” on September 21. That was barely two weeks ago, but Jay B is already ready with new music! Under his artist name Defsoul, Def. for short, he has announced an album called “abandoned love”, which is set to be released as early as October 18!
You can look forward to a digipack with an artistic cover showing a colorful drawing of two figures leaning against each other.
A digipack is similar to a standard jewel case, except that it is usually made of eco-friendly cardboard.
Of course it contains a CD and, on top of that, a 16-page booklet. You will also find one of four possible photo cards inside! As you can see, the album is kept simple, but that is exactly what makes its charm, right?
Check the official Twitter account of Jay B every now and then so you don't miss any updates!
In January, Jay B released an album as Def. for the first time (“Love”), but he has been using the artist name for years, for example when he writes songs for Got7 or to upload his own songs on Soundcloud. The singer has explained that he uses the name Jay B when he writes mainstream songs that are meant to please his fans. When he releases music as Def., he doesn't worry about whether the masses will like it, but simply wants to express himself.
What do you think of the songs he releases as Def.?
